T.M.K.I.N (Training, Methods, Knowledge, Innovation, Novelty) is an educational initiative by Syrian Technocrats dedicated to empowering Syrian students and researchers with essential scientific research and academic writing skills. Through practical workshops delivered by experienced academics and researchers from Syria and abroad, the project covers research methodology, study design, academic writing, scientific publishing, modern research tools, and the integration of artificial intelligence into research workflows. T.M.K.I.N aims to strengthen research capacity, foster a culture of scientific inquiry, and connect international expertise with local talent to support the advancement of scientific research in Syria. To date, the project has successfully delivered three in-person workshops—two in Damascus and one in Aleppo—bringing together distinguished experts and researchers. T.M.K.I.N continues to expand its activities with the goal of reaching more students and researchers across Syria.
