Zina Nkoula is a researcher and laboratory director at the Paul Langerhans Institute in Dresden, Germany. She received her PhD in regenerative medicine from Dresden University of Technology in 2014. She has over ten years of research experience, including managing research projects and supervising undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students. She believes in the importance of teamwork and continuous learning, and sees a successful team as a mosaic, where each individual contributes a unique piece that completes the bigger picture.
