Yazan Mirza

Yazan Mirza is a Syrian human resources expert with over 12 years of experience in the industrial and hospitality sectors. He holds a degree from the Higher Institute of Business Administration (HIBA) in Damascus.

He currently serves as Head of Human Resources at Baladna Food Industries in Qatar, where he leads human resources operations for more than 2,000 employees.

He specializes in building effective teams, developing human resources strategies, and aligning internal policies with organizational goals to ensure sustainable performance.
